The container is in an enclosed space that you can access 24 hours a day. Your container is locked with the lock you provided, so no one else has a key to open it.

Basically anything you want, as long as you comply with the rules set out in the contract, which prohibit the storage of the following goods: a) Perishable goods, live or dead animals, plants, explosive, toxic or flammable materials and eminently hazardous goods such as acids or fuels liquid or gaseous. (b) Money, coins, gold or silver, jewelry, precious stones; c) Deeds, bonds, titles and other documents of value, as well as all products, the sale of which is prohibited by law.

Each container has three 2m x 40cm shelves that support up to 80kg each.

No. Neither light nor electricity, although there is good lighting in the surrounding space. If you need light inside the container you will need to use a battery powered flashlight that we do not provide.

We make every effort to keep it safe. We comply with all safety standards and have 24/7 video surveillance. For security reasons we don't advertise our exact address.

Yes. Access is by the ramp of the building that leads to the garage, where there is space for loading and unloading.

The minimum rental period is one month. There is no maximum.

A rental always ends on the last day of a calendar month and the deadline to let us know your decision to leave ends on the 15th of the month you want to leave. Just send us a simple SMS or email message and confirm that we have received it.

You must pay a security deposit of one monthly rental. If you lose your building access key we charge you € 5 for a new key. For security reasons we do not accept copies of keys made by third parties. The security deposit is returned to you at the end of the lease after we have inspected the container you have vacated.

As a private person, fill out a data sheet that we provide and show your BI or CC.
As a company, fill out the same form and present the "Certidão Comercial Permanente" and the BI or CC of the legal representative who will sign. As soon as you pay the security deposit and the first month of rental you can get in.
